This Privacy Policy explains how WADesk Pro ("WADesk Pro", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our customer-relationship platform for model, casting, talent and influencer agencies (the "Service"). We believe in consent, transparency and keeping your data under your control.
1. Information we collect
Account data you provide when you register — your name, agency or company name, email address and mobile number. Agency data you choose to add — models, talent, clients, bookings, castings, notes, documents and related records. Usage and device data such as log information and basic analytics that help us keep the Service reliable and secure.
2. How we use your information
To provide and operate the Service, authenticate your account, process your subscription, respond to support requests, keep the platform secure, and improve features. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your agency records for advertising.
3. Data you store about other people
When you add models, talent or clients, you act as the controller of that information and you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any necessary consent to store and process it. WADesk Pro processes that data on your behalf, solely to provide the Service to you.
4. WhatsApp Business & email integrations
If you connect a WhatsApp Business or email account, we process only the messages and contacts you choose to bring into the Service, to organize them against your talent and client profiles. WADesk Pro is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms; your use of those services remains subject to their own terms.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with trusted sub-processors that help us run the Service (for example, secure hosting and payment processing) under appropriate agreements, or where required by law. We never message your clients or talent on your behalf without your action.
6. Data storage & security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against loss, misuse and unauthorized access.
7. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion at any time, after which we permanently remove your data, subject to any limited legal retention obligations.
8. Your rights & choices
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Export gives you a downloadable copy of your records; deletion permanently removes your account and data. To exercise any of these rights, email support@wadeskpro.com.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and the Service working, and limited analytics to understand and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
10. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy.
11. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. Do not use the Service to store data about minors unless you have a lawful basis and any consent required under applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
