Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WADesk Pro (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an agency or company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
1. The service
WADesk Pro is a customer-relationship platform for model, casting, talent and influencer agencies and related businesses, used to manage models, clients, castings, bookings, photoshoots, contracts and communications.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Free trial, plans & billing
New accounts can start with a 7-day free trial. Paid plans are billed in advance — Professional at $10/month and Agency at $29/month, with Enterprise pricing available on request. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and professionally. You must not use it for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing purpose, including any escort, adult or sexual services, human trafficking, harassment, or storing data you have no right to hold. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Your data & content
You retain ownership of the data and content you add. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and any consent required for the talent and client information you store. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
6. Third-party integrations
The Service may integrate with WhatsApp Business, email and other third-party services. WADesk Pro is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by WADesk Pro and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WADesk Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using and cancel the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
